Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, assisting with applications and deposits in line with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements; maintaining availability reports; processing applications (including credit checks and rental history verification) for the Community Manager’s approval; showing apartments, preparing for move-ins, obtaining signatures, and conducting community orientation; managing lease renewals and move-outs, applying fees when needed, and updating the property management software; overseeing rental collections and enforcing lease terms; responding to resident inquiries and resolving service issues; following eviction procedures, including notices and court involvement; conducting market research and outreach marketing, and updating Radix or equivalent systems; maintaining an active social media presence to enhance visibility; and ensuring timely completion of lease, move-in, and move-out paperwork. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; at least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing; accounting background plus customer service is a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Project Management.
