EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is a fast-growing, national insurance brokerage with over 3,000 employees. The Assistant Account Manager – Commercial Lines position in the Mid-South Specialties group is based in Duluth, Georgia, and operates on a hybrid schedule (three days in the office).
Responsibilities

- Act as client advocate and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, mail, and email
- Manage certificate requests, notices of cancellation follow-ups, policy changes, renewal proposals, invoicing, and related administrative tasks
- Update internal systems (Sagitta), process audits, and obtain loss runs, MVRs, and loss summaries
- Prepare ACORD applications and support training and ongoing insurance knowledge
- High School / GED required; college degree preferred
- P&C license or related work experience preferred; if not licensed, obtain within 90 days of hire
- Working knowledge of computers and software applications, including MS Office
- Excellent written, verbal, listening, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, work in a team, and maintain confidentiality
- Professional, courteous communication and a sense of urgency
