As a Debt Consultant on the Achieve Debt Resolution team, you will manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers and guide them through debt-resolution strategies with a consultative approach. You will balance empathy and clarity to help customers understand options and make informed decisions, often closing within 1–2 interactions. The role is designed for experienced sales professionals who can build trust quickly in emotionally charged situations.

We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Tempe, Arizona area (Phoenix metropolitan region). This role requires a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Start Date: September 8, 2026 Shifts: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday day shifts Hours: 8-hour shifts between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm (PDT) Total Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 on average, with top performers earning $100,000+ annually plus benefits. On-target earnings are composed of base pay and uncapped commissions.
