Engineering Manager Veolia North America is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide functional guidance to project engineers who directly manage capital projects. The role will ensure engineers are accountable for project expenditures and for achieving the business objectives of their projects, and will oversee and coordinate the capital budget. Primary duties and responsibilities include directing and assigning work to project engineers, project or construction consultants, and other technical resources; coordinating activities of direct reports to support projects, business development, turnarounds, or general maintenance and plant troubleshooting; supervising and developing personnel through established management processes; providing maintenance excellence support by developing maintenance best practices and coaching in the use of SAP PM; and directly supporting high-profile programs with their direct reports as needed. Qualifications include a four-year engineering degree or higher from an accredited university (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical).
