Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Healthcare Administration, or related field - Master's degree preferred - 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics - Experience with health care electronic medical record data systems - Experience within medical professional liability insurance, health care risk management, property & casualty insurance, healthcare, or financial services preferred - Experience leading reporting projects or analytics teams preferred - Preferred technical skills: Microsoft Power BI; SQL Server; Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables); SSRS or similar reporting platforms; Data warehouse concepts; Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint; Risk Management and Claims management systems (e.g., Origami, Candello, RLDatix, or similar)
