Under direct supervision, you will perform sales and customer service activities for retail customers, applying knowledge of sales techniques and product lines. Responsibilities include: assisting customers in person, by phone, or by email with product selection, pricing, availability, refunds and exchanges, and providing quotes and material estimates for items such as stairs, decks, fences, sheds, and other small packages; entering orders into the ERP system and scheduling deliveries; meeting daily and weekly productivity goals; supporting store operations including housekeeping, signage, stocking, and inventory control; participating in customer workshops; handling simple customer complaints with more complex issues escalated to senior staff; and adhering to safety procedures with occasional safety meetings and opportunities to suggest improvements. Other duties may be assigned.
