This on-site leadership role oversees up to 30 direct labor employees and partners with management to achieve distribution center metrics, including labor cost control, quality goals, and on-time shipments. The role is responsible for shipping 1–2 million order lines and $150–$300 million in cost of goods sold annually, as well as directing inventory management of $40–$90 million across the year. Responsibilities include monitoring workforce performance, prioritizing daily tasks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives and 5S activities to achieve operational excellence.
