What you will do: - Recruit, establish, and maintain relationships with independent agents and agencies in the assigned territory. - Help develop partners and grow sales of Medicare, health, life and ancillary products. - Serve as the primary contact for agency principals, their downlines, and independent JSA agents. - Assist agents with appointment and onboarding processes with carriers we represent. - Assess and track agent production; provide training on our plans and tools. - Ensure agents are appointed and certified to sell in your territory. - Manage CO-OP arrangements and monitor sales activities. - Provide support for high-volume producers; conduct regular meetings to drive business. - Proactively resolve contract, commission, enrollment, and general service issues. - Network with referral sources in the senior market. - Track and report partner productivity; represent JSA at industry events. - Travel may be required up to 50% of the time in the assigned territory. - Perform other tasks as assigned.
