Responsibilities

Own all aspects of multiple projects and project teams, providing clear direction and ownership of tasks.
Lead the project team to deliver consistent direction and deliverables.
Act as the gatekeeper for project profitability by creating proposals that reflect BHDP's value and align scope, fee, and timeframe.
Manage client expectations related to scope, fees, and schedule adjustments throughout the project.
Ensure project team members are aligned to their skills and maximize project support.
Update project plans in project management systems to enable proactive resource planning.
Partner with internal operational leaders to identify staffing needs, aligning project requirements to staff skills.
Educate the project team on deliverables including budget and schedule, and provide regular updates to drive accountability.
