Junior Sales Representative – Austin, Texas, United States
D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to assist with the end-to-end home sales process from the first customer contact to the close of escrow. The successful candidate will participate in training to manage the sales cycle, communicate with customers, and support team members.

- Greet and qualify visitors
- Demonstrate model homes and home sites
- Overcome sales objections and close sales
- Document transactions and maintain sale files
- Track progress of loan options and construction
- Respond to customer information requests
- Maintain all lot and sales files and ensure proper disclosures, supplies, and repairs
- Conduct business professionally to support buyers and the company’s goodwill and profitability
- Build rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; ability to drive daytime or nighttime
- Proficiency with DRH Sales applications on smartphone, tablet, or laptop
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Prior CRM software experience
- Previous sales experience; knowledge of the industry preferred
