Talent Acquisition Specialist for Southeastern Integrated Care and affiliates is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to interviewing and extending offers. This role collaborates with hiring managers and HR teams to drive successful talent acquisition and onboarding, while navigating the unique qualifications and processes of a healthcare system specializing in behavioral health, and representing the organization’s vision, mission, and purpose to the community. Responsibilities include: managing the end-to-end recruitment process; delivering an engaging candidate experience; partnering with department leaders and HR; leveraging diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and area colleges/healthcare programs) and proactively building a candidate pipeline for current and future roles; actively sourcing via social platforms (LinkedIn, Ladders, Indeed) and direct outreach; managing recruitment and onboarding in ADP Workforce Now; reviewing resumes and shortlisting candidates; conducting initial phone screens and interviews; performing reference checks and background investigations; collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and create job descriptions; negotiating offers; ensuring compliance with legal and company policies; maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system; and contributing to recruitment-related projects.
