Beehive Industries is seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage and support full life-cycle recruitment for non-exempt and exempt manufacturing roles. This on-site, 4+ month contract position is based in Centennial, Colorado.

Role Overview We are seeking a Recruiter who will manage and support full life-cycle recruitment for non-exempt and exempt manufacturing roles within Beehive Industries. This role will be a 4+ month contract position.

What You'll Do: - Source qualified candidates through various networking channels, including social media - Partner with Hiring Managers and provide weekly updates and feedback - Build a pipeline of candidates with the specific skill sets needed for critical roles - Manage candidates who apply through the applicant tracking system - Ensure communications with candidates reflect Beehive Industries' values and culture

What You Have: - 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in a dynamic, fast-paced in-house recruitment role - At least 3+ years recruiting for manufacturing roles within the aviation/aerospace/DOD industry - A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while effectively working as part of a team - Proven ability to use innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage a diverse pool of niche talent - Experience sourcing passive candidates through alternative search methods - Ability to build a solid pipeline of applicants for roles within our Propulsion division - Proactive, outside-the-box thinking - Ability to work independently - Recruitment agency experience is preferred but not required - The ability to obtain and mainta
