Care.com is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and serve as a strategic finance partner for revenue planning and business performance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong Excel skills, the ability to synthesize large data sets into clear insights, and excellent communication skills.

What you’ll be working on: - Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models used for forecasting, strategic decision making, and capital allocation. - Monitor and analyze key metrics and business trends; provide regular updates to senior management. - Prepare weekly reports highlighting operational results, forecasts, and business plans for the company’s divisions and subsidiaries; present findings to senior leadership as appropriate. - Help create and evaluate budgets, business plans, and forecasts for Care.com and its business units. - Collaborate with Finance and business unit leaders to meet internal and external financial deadlines. - Identify operational issues and recommend effective solutions. - Lead or assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
