Daycare Center Team Lead at Children's Courtyard, Lake Forest, California. This on-site position offers the opportunity to grow as a teacher, communicator, mentor, leader, and early childhood education expert. Responsibilities include promoting the social, physical, and intellectual development of children; taking the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation (instruction accounts for at least 50% of the weekly schedule); communicating with families to support child achievement and center success; mentoring new hires and fellow teachers; assuming Director or Assistant Director duties in the absence of leadership; and ensuring daily care of every child in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
