This on-site role located in East Allen Township, Pennsylvania involves reconciliation activities and bookkeeping related to product receiving. Key responsibilities include reconciling inbound shipments (item counts and invoiced costs) against outstanding purchase orders; acting as the primary point of contact for warehouse receiving personnel; creating and maintaining daily shipment receipts and count sheets; validating invoice details against receiving documents using Excel; accurately allocating and recording external costs; managing purchase orders and SKUs; collaborating with Receiving, Purchasing and Accounting. Additional responsibilities include special projects as assigned and ensuring compliance with government and corporate policies. Requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Excel; college degree preferred; relevant distribution center or ecommerce experience a plus; strong math and analytical skills; appropriate written and verbal communication skills to present ideas in a professional manner and to communicate with all merchandising levels and vendors; ability to shift to different projects as priorities change; basic accounting familiarity; database experience with Excel.
