PG&E is seeking a highly strategic and entrepreneurial Principal Product Owner to lead the commercialization, scaling, and ongoing evolution of innovative customer offerings that accelerate large load energization and interconnection while maximizing grid hosting capacity and advancing ratepayer affordability. This role serves as the business owner for Flex Connect and future Speed to Power solutions, driving the product vision, customer experience, regulatory strategy, operating model, adoption pipeline, and go-to-market execution. You will work across Transmission and Distribution Planning, Interconnection, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, IT, and third-party technology providers to transform pilots into scalable utility offerings that accelerate customer energization and improve asset utilization. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring equal parts product strategy, market development, partnership building, operational excellence, and utility industry expertise. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The work location is Oakland, CA.
