You will apply strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with electrical and general contractors, manufacturers, and their representatives to obtain project information, procure materials, and accurately bill for all materials within the electrical scope of construction projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team and customers to understand the project scope and timeline.
Participate in client project meetings, including the handover from sales to the Project Management team and on-site coordination.
Gather information needed to accurately purchase and procure materials.
Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and representatives.
Ensure electrical scope material is received, stored, and delivered accurately.
Coordinate all material deliveries with Lonestar’s customers.
Complete accurate billing promptly.

Requirements

Project management certification preferred.
Construction or electrical distribution knowledge preferred.
Ability to work with customers and deliver excellent service.
Strong computer skills, especially Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to multi-task while staying organized.
Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working as part of a team.
1-2 years'
