Position: Product Manager
Overview GSM Outdoors designs and delivers products for hunters, shooters, and outdoor enthusiasts. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the development and execution of new products from concept through production, working with Engineering, Sales, Sourcing, Quality, and international manufacturing partners to bring innovative offerings to market while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the development and execution of new products from concept through production, working with Engineering, Sales, Sourcing, Quality, and international manufacturing partners to bring innovative offerings to market while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
What You'll Do - Lead product development from concept through commercialization. - Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful launches. - Balance technical requirements, cost, quality, and speed to market across the product lifecycle. - Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. - Lead cross-functional project teams including Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, Quality, and overseas manufacturing partners. - Ensure all stakeholders have the information, resources, and accountability needed to achieve project objectives. - Build and maintain relationships with overseas factories; coordinate development activities with international factories, including after-hours communication as needed; support supplier negotiations, production planning, and issue resolution; collaborate to improve quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiencies. - Manage projects using Monday.com and other PM tools; track timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables; maintain organized project documentation and standardized
