The Role: As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will own end-to-end features across the full stack—backend services, agent infrastructure, APIs, and customer-facing web UIs—for our AI agent platform. You will work with the Lead Software Engineer and a cross-functional team to design, build, and ship platform features that appear in production at our customers. This is a client-facing role; you will participate in technical discovery sessions, map enterprise workflows, and translate requirements into shipped software. You should be comfortable presenting architectural decisions to non-technical executives and guiding customers through deployments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design and delivery of features across backend services, agent infrastructure, APIs, and UIs
Build, ship, and operate LLM-powered systems: agents, RAG pipelines, tool-use frameworks, evaluation harnesses, and the supporting infrastructure
Lead technical discovery with new enterprise customers; map workflows and translate those insights into shipped product
Embed with customer teams during deployments; be the engineering presence in the room
