This role leads cross-functional projects that improve how we plan, launch, and scale operations, including inventory management, fulfillment, systems implementation, process improvement, and new operational capabilities. You will own the product launch timeline from concept to launch, run cross-functional review meetings, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and deliverables. You will work across Operations, Product, Finance, Customer Experience, and Marketing to bring structure to complex initiatives and align teams as we grow across Canada and the United States. Key responsibilities include end-to-end project management, cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external vendors, systems rollout, launch readiness for new sales channels, and ongoing documentation and reporting. Requirements: 4–7 years in project management, operations, supply chain, or related roles in high-growth environments; experience managing multiple cross-functional projects; strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience building project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks; proficiency with Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, and Excel/Google Sheets; experience in operations, inventory, logistics, or eCommerce is a plus; PMP or formal PM training is asset.
