Based in Fiumicino with travel across Italy, the role is fully field-based and focused on new business development in the Italian aviation ecosystem. You will identify, approach, and win new customers, build lasting relationships, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Responsibilities include visiting airports, prospects, and partners; understanding customer needs and delivering tailored GSE rental, leasing, and maintenance solutions; leading negotiations and closing deals end-to-end; ensuring smooth handover of new clients to internal teams; and tracking performance and pipeline through structured reporting. You will act as a market ambassador, monitor competitors and pricing dynamics, and represent TCR at industry events. Requirements include a proven senior B2B sales background in new business acquisition, a hunter mentality, ability to work autonomously in a field role, and experience selling complex solutions (aviation, transport, infrastructure, industrial services, machinery, or leasing).
