SEPHORA UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Head Office in London. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of corporate functions, including eCommerce, Digital, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Operations, partnering with hiring managers and HR to understand current and future talent needs and to build strong talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

What you’ll bring:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and sourcing strategy to offer management and onboarding handover.
Proactively source and engage high-caliber talent through direct search, networking, referrals, talent pipelines, social media and external partnerships.
Screen, assess and shortlist candidates, conducting interviews and providing insightful recommendations.
Coach and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure an inclusive and high-quality selection experience.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and meaningful feedback.
Analyze recruitment activity and market trends to inform continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
Ensure processes comply with employment legislation, internal policies and data privacy requirements.
Support broader Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives to enhance Sephora's visibility as an employer of choice.
Proven experience recruiting corporate and specialist functions, in-house or agency.
Experience hiring mid to senior-level professionals across Digital, eCommerce, Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR or Operations.
