About the role

Ropes is seeking a Founding Recruiter to build and scale the team. You will own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, Go-To-Market (GTM), and operations, from sourcing to close. You will design hiring infrastructure from scratch, including interview processes, scorecards, pipeline tracking, and employer branding. You will partner directly with the CEO and the founding team to define roles, calibrate the talent bar, and move quickly on top candidates. You will source and close exceptional technical and commercial talent in one of the most competitive hiring markets. You will bring a recruiter's perspective to the product, influencing how we evaluate candidates because you live the process every day. This is an on-site role in New York City.
