As a Principal Machine Learning Platform Engineer, you will be the technical authority for the Prisma AIRS team, responsible for the architectural design and long-term strategy of our ML inference platform. You will lead complex technical projects, mentor senior engineers, and set standards for performance, scalability, and engineering excellence across the organization, with a profound and lasting impact at scale.
Your Impact: - Architect and design a highly scalable, low-latency ML inference platform capable of serving diverse models for real-time security applications. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship, driving best practices in MLOps, software engineering, and system design. - Drive the strategy for model and system performance, including optimization techniques and possible hardware acceleration. - Establish and enforce automated model deployment, robust monitoring, and operational excellence for production ML systems. - Serve as a key technical liaison to other principal engineers, architects, and product leaders to ensure end-to-end system cohesion. - Tackle the hardest problems in large-scale inference, from mitigating novel security threats to achieving performance goals.
