Position: Security Shift Lead. Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States (On-site at the Global Home Office). The Security Shift Lead will oversee a security team responsible for the safety and security of the corporate campus, leading and developing team members, delivering training, and ensuring adherence to security policies, procedures, and local ordinances. Responsibilities include directing day-to-day security operations, conducting audits and inspections, coordinating incident response and emergency drills, and supporting security planning for company events. You will schedule staffing, assign inspections, and escalate issues as needed, while training and coaching staff to promote growth and engagement. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of security or related military/law enforcement experience, proven leadership and communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to respond quickly on foot and operate CCTV; a valid driver's license and successful completion of a criminal background check and department training program are required.
