HR Generalist based in Raleigh, NC, is a Contract-to-Hire position within the U.S. Human Resources Services function. The HR Generalist administers day-to-day HR operations and partners with HR leadership and HR Business Partners to support managers and employees across U.S. sites, handling confidential information with professionalism and accuracy. This role ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies, delivers high-quality service in a timely manner, and supports the recruitment process, onboarding, and employee data management. Responsibilities include preparing job descriptions and requisitions, verifying employee eligibility, coordinating onboarding and new hire orientations, maintaining employee personnel files and HR data, administering HR changes, and assisting with payroll data preparation. The role also supports performance management, merit and bonus campaigns, training initiatives, reporting and audits, employee relations, site rules, events, communications, and volunteer/community programs. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years of multi-state HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office and HRIS, and the ability to travel as required. SHRM-CP is a plus. This position is fully onsite in Raleigh, NC, with a pay range of $35.00–$38.00 per hour and contract-to-hire terms.
