Zendesk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a new Knowledge Graph team responsible for ingesting and modeling content to power our flagship AI experiences. The team will be essential to Zendesk Knowledge, enabling organizations to create, manage, and share knowledge, helping customers find answers quickly and efficiently, with knowledge graphs enhancing context and user experience. The role spans multiple teams and levels of ownership, bringing together engineering, data science, and design to develop scalable solutions and improve the flow and retrieval of structured and unstructured data. You will own the knowledge graph roadmap, form and develop a collaborative team, and work with cross-functional partners to deliver features that align with our product strategy. You will also engage with customers to gather feedback, ensure data quality and governance, and drive product development from ideation to deployment.

What you bring: at least 5 years of product management experience in SaaS environments with a data-driven product focus; familiarity with AI/ML product development, including LLMs, RAG architectures, embedding models, or related technologies; experience with multi-format content ingestion (NLP, OCR, document cleaning) in a multi-tenant SaaS setting; strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred domain: knowledge graph expertise, plus familiarity with data science concepts, NLP, OCR technologies, and document cleaning techniques.
Location and work arrangement: Krakow, Poland. Hybrid
