You will design and own the protocols for fully automated QA testing in the CI/CD pipeline, including critical-flow test suites, quality gates, and measures to minimize flakiness. You will protect our customers' businesses from buggy releases and downtime and work with DevOps to implement monitors, observability, and production-quality signals. You will become an expert on the customer application, knowing every workflow to prevent breaking changes. You will build production-quality analytics to track escaped defects, regressions, and metrics on team dashboards, and you will run user-side QA to triage real-user reports with clean reproductions.
