AXA Partners is seeking a Senior Accountant (m/f/x) to play a central role in our Finance team. You will autonomously own a central part of the accounting, including account reconciliations, and ensure processes run efficiently, accurately, and transparently. You will work closely with internal and international interfaces and serve as the main point of contact for your topics. What you will do: - Independently manage a central area of the accounting including account reconciliation - Direct and monitor business transactions with a focus on payments and bank transactions - Take responsibility for bank account management and fixed asset accounting - Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and independently manage defined accounts - Coordinate cooperation with the service team in India to ensure smooth processes - Contribute significantly to month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings - Be the central point of contact for external partners (banks, suppliers, customers) and internal interfaces such as Controlling - Own cash flow reporting and the implementation and monitoring of internal controls What you bring: - Strong numerical affinity, analytical and structured work style - Commercial training or equivalent qualification - Several years of accounting experience, ideally in an international environment - Experience with payments and bank processes - Familiarity with financial systems and common tools - Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel - English skills at least B1/B2 level - Ideally experience with PeopleSoft - Accurate, reliable, and with a high standard of qu
