We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join the IS & Projects Department, reporting directly to the IS Manager. In this role, you will ensure operational performance and drive digital transformation by translating business challenges into a technological roadmap, optimizing business processes, and creating value. Key responsibilities include: 1) Program Management & Governance – build and manage SAP project planning, roadmaps, and milestones (Blueprint, Build, Testing, Cutover, Hypercare); lead governance bodies (Steering Committees COPIL, Project Committees COPROJ) and workshops with SAP experts; budget management experience is a strong plus. 2) SAP Lifecycle & Ecosystem Expertise – maintain a clear understanding of the SAP landscape (S/4HANA, Cloud, Fiori, BTP) and major modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HR, EWM), collaborating with application maintenance teams (TMA) and external system integrators. 3) Risk Management & Quality Assurance – identify impacts on IT systems, interfaces, data flows, and business processes; challenge business requirements by leveraging SAP standard functionalities; coordinate testing phases and secure go-live readiness (cutover planning, data migration strategy, deployment plan). 4) Leadership & Stakeholder Communication – translate SAP topics into clear language for non-tec
