Hunt new logos through outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns, and on-site outreach.
Own and execute a territory plan centered on face-to-face selling.
Be in the field daily: prospect at customer locations, meet decision-makers, and present on-site.
Run full-cycle sales: discovery, positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing to obtain signed customer agreements.
Partner with pre-sales to tailor solutions and maintain ownership of the deal and its outcome.
Maintain an accurate CRM, clear next steps, and strong forecasts.
Ensure clean handoffs post-close for rapid onboarding.
Hit and surpass targets for pipeline, new business, and revenue.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
2–7 years of B2B field sales or business development with a proven track record in acquiring new business.
Advanced skills in face-to-face discovery, proposal development, and negotiation within structured sales processes.
