Jellycat is seeking an Account Manager (1 Year Fixed-Term Contract) to join our UK team and drive the growth of key retailer accounts while upholding brand excellence. This hybrid role is based in London, United Kingdom, and will work closely with the Senior Account Manager and Team Leader to support day-to-day communications and administration as we grow the Jellycat brand across the UK. You will be responsible for a portfolio of retailer accounts as the first point of contact for general queries, coordinating with internal functions to resolve issues and find solutions. You will understand the broader context of account management, maintain relationships with shop floor teams through regular visits and brand training, and ensure branded spaces are well maintained and stocked. You will track seasonal and continuous orders against each account’s annual sales plan, analyze retailer sell-through reports, and present findings to the Senior Account Manager. You will review internal stock availability and provide suggestions based on sales insights. You will preview new collections to accounts and maintain a premium showroom presentation. You will maintain high levels of communication through weekly internal meetings, regular virtual meetings, and range reviews with customers, alongside the Senior Account Manager and Team Leader, and you may lead meetings when necessary. You will liaise with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of all orders, manage open and back orders against budget and YTD sales, issue accurate weekly orderbook reports, input orders into the system when
