The Driver Experience Customer Domain develops HMI platforms for Daimler Truck vehicle products, delivering innovative HMI solutions to customers and drivers. We are seeking a highly motivated Software Architect and Debugger for one of our HMI ECUs. As part of a global development team, you will contribute to defining the software architecture and root-cause debugging of software.
Design and document software architecture and concepts for technical and non-technical requirements; ensure scalability and efficiency of software; ensure usage of our software in our global products; align CI/CD toolchain with internal and external stakeholders; research solutions and best practices within and outside the automotive industry; debug functional and non-functional issues; provide resolutions for issues; coordinate globally with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers; organize software development processes across the Driver Experience domain; coach and mentor team members on development methodologies to execution; create documentation, reports, and presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, and 5-7 years in software development; expertise in software development and embedded software using agile methods; experience with Android, Kanzi, Matlab/Simulink; experience in service-oriented architectures; experience identifying and solving root causes of complex p
