Overview: Telenav is seeking a driven on-site Technical Support Engineer to support product quality engineering and validation across Europe. In this field-facing role, you will own the end-to-end validation lifecycle—from road testing and field evaluations to customer demonstrations—ensuring our solutions meet the highest quality standards before market deployment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Design, plan, and execute end-to-end product validation programs across Europe, including road testing, field evaluations, system testing, and deployment support (HW/SW configuration and user training).
Provide QA support for EU-specific issues (routing errors, map data discrepancies, API integrations).
Drive ongoing enhancement of validation methodologies, tools, test frameworks, and best practices based on field learnings.
Conduct root-cause analyses for complex technical escalations; coordinate with R&D and engineering for permanent fixes; ensure critical bugs are resolved in a timely manner.
Ensure deployments comply with GDPR and data sovereignty laws; document processes, change requests, and incident reports to mitigate risk.
Partner with engineering, software, QA, and product teams to translate field insights into actionable improvements; track validation milestones and deliverables; provide clear status updates to senior management.
Customer engagement: gather feedback, deliver product demonstrations, represent Telenav in customer-facing meetings, and manage expectations.
Technical background with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Geosp
