About the role

AXA is seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to join the Gen AI Center of Excellence (CoE). You will shape and lead the AI product strategy, collaborate with stakeholders across AXA, and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs. This role focuses on driving the long-term vision, engaging with stakeholders, and applying user-centered design to transform insurance with AI.

Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the AI solutions vision within the transformation programme in collaboration with the Business Innovation department.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with cross-functional teams including business units, data scientists, engineers, and external partners to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and integration capabilities.
Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the capability scaling backlog; ensure tasks are well-defined and aligned with the stream roadmap.
User-Centric Approach: Advocate for users by coordinating research and ensuring AI solutions meet user expectations while considering IT constraints.
Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed product decisions and feature improvements.
Long-term Vision: Contribute to the CoE’s long-term roadmap, exploring AI applications and opportunities to scale solutions across AXA.
Documentation & Training: Oversee creation of product and technical documentation, sharing strategies, and implementation guides to support integration within business units.
