The role combines sales and technical work, requiring on-site measurements, blueprint review, and the preparation of accurate, profitable estimates; the ideal candidate will build relationships with home builders, general contractors, remodelers, and architects, and will close deals to help the franchise scale. Key duties include lead generation and closing, responding to inquiries, developing outreach strategies, maintaining a robust CRM, and coordinating with project management. Responsibilities also cover on-site assessments of projects, determining foam type, calculating square footage, and preparing professional proposals and contracts. Qualifications include 3+ years of sales, estimating, or business development in construction or insulation, ability to read blueprints, strong negotiation and closing skills, comfort with site visits, clean driving record, and CRM proficiency. Preferred experience includes spray foam insulation, existing relationships with local builders, knowledge of IECC climate zone requirements, construction estimating software, and bilingual ability. Travel within the Northwest Arkansas territory is required, including daily work across Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, and occasional Fort Smith as the territory expands.
