As part of the Cisco Hypershield Smart Switches program, you will help design and implement high-performance data plane software that leverages Data Processing Units (DPUs) to enable scalable packet processing and advanced security capabilities. This on-site Software Engineer Technical Leader role focuses on production-quality code and spans the full software development lifecycle—from design and implementation to debugging, performance optimization, code reviews, and customer issue resolution. You will lead technical design discussions, participate in architecture and code reviews, and provide technical mentorship across the engineering organization, while collaborating with hardware, software, and security teams to deliver Cisco Hypershield capabilities.
