Towne Park is seeking an Account Manager to directly oversee a Tier 1 or 2 Towne account at the Hilton Signia Hotel in Indianapolis, IN. The role centers on driving financial performance, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.

Responsibilities include: - Financial and Business Systems Management: drive business metrics, improve profitability, understand contractual agreements, forecast accurately, manage payroll and timekeeping, and ensure compliant reporting and policies. - Human Resources: recruit and hire effectively, retain top talent, onboard new associates, provide coaching and development, conduct performance appraisals, and maintain a positive, productive team environment. - Service Management: ensure consistent guest/service experiences across shifts, optimize labor resources, plan for seasonal variances, and align Towne Park standards with client expectations. - Client Relations Management: build cohesive relationships with client staff, maintain regular communication, ensure site presence, and identify opportunities to enhance client loyalty and drive Towne Park growth. - Systems and Standards: utilize Towne Park systems to control assets/expenditures, train others, maintain a clean work environment, and meet timelines. - Safety and Risk Management: follow safety procedures, report incidents promptly, ensure proper use of equipment, train associates in safety, and manage workers’ compensation processes. - Sales Responsibilities: sustain client relationships for references and new opportunities, communicate changes in ownership/management
