Senior Project Manager – Public Buildings Division, NYC Department of Design and Construction. You will oversee complex capital projects from inception through construction completion and close-out, collaborating with Sponsor Agencies to align scope and vision. Responsibilities include generating cost estimates for bidding, establishing deliverable dates and schedules, supervising design and construction management staff, resolving design and construction issues, and negotiating with contractors and vendors. Additional duties include processing change orders, ensuring safety compliance, producing reports, attending meetings, and supervising Project Managers and Junior Project Managers.
