The Team Lead resolves guest and associate issues and performs duties to improve efficiency and profitability. The Team Lead may assume the GM's responsibilities when required and must ensure safety and security procedures are in place in accordance with company guidelines and standards for all associates and guests.

Position purpose and summary The Team Lead assists the General Manager in managing hotel operations on a day-to-day basis to drive optimum performance and 100% guest satisfaction. The Team Lead resolves guest and associate issues and performs duties to improve efficiency and profitability. The Team Lead may assume the GM's responsibilities when required and must ensure safety and security procedures are in place in accordance with company guidelines and standards for all associates and guests.

Major duties - Demonstrate a 100% commitment to providing the best possible guest experience. - Assist the GM in ensuring property associates drive initiatives to increase revenue, reduce costs and improve guest and associate satisfaction. - Assist GM in training associates on brand standards and performance expectations. - Uphold and enforce company standards and policy compliance at the hotel; promote prompt reporting of safety and security issues. - Assist the GM in monitoring in-house guest balances and issuing refund checks. - Assist with monitoring monthly inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure day-to-day purchases are within budget and with approved vendors. - Assist the GM in maximizing revenues and GOP to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDA. - Serve as the first point of contact for guest service issues; resolve issues or escalate as needed. - Embrace the company's service culture and treat guests and associates with professionalism, respect and kindness. - Insti
