Qualifications - Minimum of ten years of DoD technical program management experience. - One of the following certifications: GIAC Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC GSEC), Global Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), CISSP, CISM, CISA, or another DoD 8570.01-M Level 3 IAT/IAM certification. - At least eight years of planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects and operations of comparable size and scope. - At least eight years of experience in Change Management and quality assurance concepts (AGILE, ITIL, SEI CMMI, PMBOK). - At least eight years of experience leading projects involving DoD CC SRG and DoD RMF compliance (e.g., DoDI 8510.01). - Favorably adjudicated NACI investigation at proposal submission. Desirable - PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA Level III Program Management. - Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
