What You’ll Do - Independently design, develop, and implement highly complex Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other declarative features. - Build back-end services, APIs, and automation workflows with Node.js, Python, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS). - Design and manage data pipelines and ETL processes on the Azure platform and Salesforce Data 360. - Own integrations between Salesforce and multiple enterprise platforms, defining data contracts via REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures. - Lead the customization and expansion of Agentforce capabilities and incorporate Einstein Copilot into marketing and sales workflows to optimize outcomes. - Lead AI/ML initiatives, integrating LLMs and generative AI into enterprise processes with emphasis on security and governance. - Develop high-performance front-end applications using React.js/Next.js and web components. - Contribute to Agile team activities, set technical direction, and conduct peer code reviews. - Mentor junior Software Engineer team members and promote engineering best practices. - Collaborate with product managers, data science teams, and business partners to define requirements and ensure scalable delivery.
