The Account Manager I will provide professional, courteous service to clients, producers, and HUB colleagues, supporting the retention, expansion, and servicing of commercial property and casualty accounts. This role manages a book of property and casualty insurance business, coordinates with clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, and business partners to resolve service issues, and collaborates with the sales team to obtain, maintain, and expand business. Responsibilities include producing binders, certificates, endorsements, and other related items; maintaining renewal controls; preparing summaries and renewal proposals; remarketing renewals; assisting with premium collection and handling accounting issues; and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The position is hybrid, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States, requiring three days per week in the office. Qualifications include 1-2 years of relevant experience, a High School diploma or equivalent (AA or college degree desirable), Property and Casualty license preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days, strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office and agency management systems), excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work well in a team and independently.
