Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Lions Gate North, a 200-unit townhouse-style community in Redmond, Washington. The Assistant Community Manager will support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community, including accounting, bookkeeping, monthly close, financial reporting, and processing invoices. Responsibilities include collecting and posting rent and other payments, processing deposits and payables, assisting leasing tours, reviewing vendor invoices, processing move-outs, and reconciling accounts. The role also involves using the property management software (Yardi/OneSite) to record and report financial activity, responding to resident questions, coordinating on-site activities, and serving as on-site supervisor in the Community Manager's absence. Requirements include prior property management experience, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with budgeting and fiscal reporting, along with strong communication skills and professionalism.
