Join Cisco's Silicon Operations Team as the Silicon Supply Chain Project Manager for the Silicon One product family. This role owns end-to-end supply chain execution from customer demand to product delivery, within the Silicon Manufacturing Operations (SMO) group. Responsibilities include Production Readiness (driving new products from concept to production release), Demand & Supply Alignment (translating prototype, pilot, and production ramp demand into resource requirements), Order Management (allocating supply and setting Schedule Ship Dates for new orders and revisions), Managing Planning Parameters (analyzing and updating lead times and yields), Internal Customer Management (serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and translating demand into resource requirements), Materials Management (procurement timing against schedules), Manufacturing Execution (issuing assembly instructions with Assembly Engineering, managing loading schedules and testing instructions), Fulfillment Oversight (weekly loading plans and ensuring on-time delivery), and Inventory Management (rolling 6-month ship plan). Requirements include 3+ years in supply planning or supply chain management in semiconductors; experience with BOM structures, routing, product configurations, and ERP/advanced planning tools. Preferred: bachelor’s degree in SCM, Engineering, or related field; strong Excel; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; PMP certification is a plus.
