Partnering with the HR Business Partner, you will lead workforce reporting, the full joiner-to-leaver employee lifecycle, benefits administration, and the systems and processes that keep HR running smoothly. This role enables the HR Business Partner to focus on people strategy, employee relations, and leadership support while ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and a consistent employee experience across the Americas. Responsibilities include maintaining Americas organizational charts; producing weekly headcount reports; managing onboarding and offboarding; coordinating with payroll, IT, benefits, and facilities; maintaining employee records in compliance with data privacy requirements; leading benefits enrollment; supporting payroll changes and HRIS; driving process improvements; ensuring compliance with employment laws across multiple U.S. states; partnering on employee relations and ER cases; and assisting with HR audits and internal reporting. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on operations, benefits, and workforce reporting; experience supporting a multi-country or Americas-wide population preferred; multi-state HR knowledge; strong HRIS and Excel proficiency; HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus.
