This hybrid role focuses on assisting customers by identifying the best solution for their application, offering and selling complete product solutions, and providing commercial and technical support to customers. You will collaborate with peers including Outside Sales, Service Engineers, Product Managers, and the Regional Business Director to deliver the highest standards of customer service.

You will collaborate with peers including Outside Sales, Service Engineers, Product Managers, and the Regional Business Director to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
Responsibilities include: analyzing customer inquiries to understand requirements and developing precise proposals; working closely with Field Sales and Account Management to streamline sales strategies and customer engagements; ensuring order accuracy and meticulous management of proposals and orders; and supporting the development of customer relationships through thoughtful communication and reliable follow-ups.
You are: capable of maintaining customer relationships, creating impactful communication plans, and coordinating with various teams to deliver effective solutions; a problem solver who uses resources effectively and continuously seeks to improve.
experience with CRM and order management systems (e.g., Oracle) or willingness to learn; product knowledge with the ability to guide customers; clear technical communication balancing accuracy with simplicity; a customer-centric approach and strong attention to detail; ability to work well in a team and commit to ongoing learning.
