What you can expect from day one: - You will create tailored offers, follow them through persistently, and accompany the customer to a successful order. - You will coordinate customer orders independently and ensure smooth collaboration between sales, technology, production and other departments. - You will maintain customer and project data in our CRM and ERP systems to lay the foundation for professional customer care. - You will advise our customers on technical and commercial questions and, together with our specialists, develop the fitting solution. - You will work closely with our international subsidiaries, distributors and sales representatives. - You will support customer visits, trade fairs and sales projects domestically and abroad.
