Stripe is seeking a Program Manager for the Alliances & Channels team to own the Platform Co-sell Initiative and operate it at scale. This cross-functional role leads platform qualification, program reporting, partner enablement, and the commercial framework that governs co-sell between Stripe’s partner ecosystem and its direct sales force. You will own the end-to-end program—from intake standards and qualification through activation—build and maintain dashboards, define metrics, and deliver executive-ready updates. The candidate will collaborate with GTM Ops and data owners to improve data quality and attribution, and will design partner-ready sales plays, tier structures, and scalable processes to drive partner-sourced revenue. Ideally, you bring multiple years of program management or partnerships operations experience, comfort with Salesforce and SQL, and the ability to operate in a data-informed environment across imperfect sources. This is a remote role based in the United States (locations include Atlanta, GA and Chicago, IL).
