Zooplus is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Shopping department within the Engineering and Operations function in Vienna, Austria. The role focuses on automation and modern testing practices to uphold high quality as features are developed with agile methodologies. You will own the design and development of testing across all levels, create and optimize automation frameworks, and integrate them into deployment pipelines. Collaborate with Product Owners and developers on acceptance criteria, participate in code reviews, monitor test runs and performance, and promote best testing practices across Zooplus. You will lead and coach the team toward a quality-focused mindset and act as the reference for the QA Center of Practice, sharing practices and influencing strategy. The position is hybrid with 60% time in the office and 40% remote, with the option to work up to 20 days abroad in approved countries.
